Does the saw sing? What does the musical bow shoot? Are there ants in the didgeridoo? Is the sound of the Hang hanging? Does the sansula make you asleep? These and countless other strange questions will be answered with music in this interactive instrument demonstration session.
It's a real fun programme where children are active participants in a show full of humour. The Leskowsky Musical Instrument Collection in Kecskemét is Hungary's largest museum of musical instruments and the most interesting pieces of the collection will be presented and played together with the participants. The lecture will be given by Áron Szilágyi, the director of the Leskowsky Instrument Collection and an internationally renowned Jew's harp player. The programme is a regular feature at major festivals, city events and school programmes.
